Hi there and welcome to Urban Belle Designs! Thanks for visiting my shop today and considering my designs for your special occasion. All designs are customized to your special event. Need something new? Please feel free to contact me if you would like a custom design that you aren’t able to find in my store. I look forward to working and collaborating with you!

Small batch jewelry: All handmade jewelry is crafted in small batches. Variations may occur due to the nature of handmade products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions but cannot guarantee exact matches to images shown.

Processing and Shipping: We offer reliable shipping and tracking for all our products through the United States Postal Service (USPS), with orders typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days within the United States only. 
**Single greeting cards and stickers are shipped via First Class Mail (no tracking). Please allow up to 3-7 business days for First Class Mail deliveries. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been submitted to USPS for delivery.

Payments and Orders: Payment is due at time of purchase through the direct checkout method or Google Pay. Sorry, checks or money orders are not accepted. Payments are processed securely. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason.

Refunds and/or exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products. There are no refunds for limited-edition, small batch statement earrings. Each piece is handmade and unique and no pieces will ever be exact. I'll gladly repair or replace your earrings within 30 days if damaged. Please read instructions on how to care for your jewelry. All other refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Liability: We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or website, including indirect or consequential damages.

Copyright: All content, including product designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Urban Belle Designs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Sharing of purchased digital files is strictly prohibited.  Items purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed. Images and content are non-transferable. Urban Belle Designs reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
