Hi there and welcome to Urban Belle Designs! Thanks for visiting my shop today and considering my designs for your special occasion. All designs are customized to your special event. Need something new? Please feel free to contact me if you would like a custom design that you aren’t able to find in my store. I look forward to working and collaborating with you!

Gifts and Apparel: All jewelry and gifts will be processed within 3-5 business days and will ship within 5-10 business days, with the exception of "on demand" items.  Urban Belle Designs uses a third-party vendor for fulfillment of apparel, notebooks, mugs, gifts, etc. These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Payment: Payment is due at time of purchase through the direct checkout method or Google Pay. Sorry, checks or money orders are not accepted. 

Refunds and/or exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products. There are no refunds for limited-edition, small batch statement earrings. Each piece is handmade and unique and no pieces will ever be exact. I'll gladly repair or replace your earrings within 30 days if damaged. Please read instructions on how to care for your polymer clay jewelry. All other refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase.
